Ok, I had good intentions about posting every day or two--yeah, right!!
Busy every day with really important stuff that's not producing $$$ fast enough for the outflow. I started a movie script last week--never wrote one before, but that sort of thing never stops me--cool story came to me as I was waking up. Involves characters who are employed in odd roles because of the recession--their former experiences come to play in making a big score that totally changes their lives--or does it?
Open houses are busier with the summer people. Not much sincere interest however. Interest rates on Jumbos are still a challenge. Hamstring is still progressing, but the afternoon tides are high and I'm getting too much practice with soft sand.
Trying to get out and about more--I almost always enjoy events when I arrive, but am not good with the choosing, planning and going. My ex always played social director. Those days are over-LOL.

Ta Da!
Ok, I know blogging may be passe now, but with two websites, a twitter account, facebook page and active email use, I still have some stuff to share that seems to fall between the intellectual cracks.
This blog this may not have broad interest, but then we all have unique perspectives. My background a little stranger than most-academic world for 20 years, real estate for 24, with some bizarre side trips mixed in along the way.
I'm a runner, writer and have a persistent need to ask "what if" it isn't that way at all? What if it really works this other way--that people don't consider because of conventional wisdom (which usually isn't).
I was (am?) a scientist. I specialized in evolutionary ecology and worked on marine micro-crustaceans. That ecosystem approach to thinking turned out to have interesting applications in evaluating organizational dynamics, real estate markets and a lot of other things.
That's a start.
